I used what I had on hand... was missing a can of cream of celery, so I subbed with equal amounts of heavy whipping cream, water, and 2 tsp of chicken bullion. I had regular rice, not instant, so I cooked for 75 mins and added about 1/2 to 1 cup of extra water. I sliced up some celery and added some celery seed seasoning.
It was so good and exactly what I hoped it would be!!!!
