The chicken breast I used were large. So this recipe had just the right amount of stuffing for the piece of chicken. You may have leftovers if your pieces are smaller.
Initially I had to drain off a little bit of juice during the cooking process in the oven. Started out a little soupy.
Be sure not to overcook your chicken or it will dry out.
For those of you that had trouble keeping your stuffing inside the breasts, I only put just a small portion of stuffing in the pieces of chicken when I was pan searing. After that process was done I added the rest of the stuffing to each piece before I put it in the oven. That way it didn't fall out while it was in the pan searing.
Added a bit more spices onion powder garlic powder and salt and pepper for more flavor.
