I doubled most of the sauce I only did 2 tbsp. ea of the honey and sesame oil. I did use hot honey and coco aminos instead of soy sauce. I also added the juice of one small orange, think lemon size. The acid of the orange brightened up the sauce but didn't change the overall flavor of the sauce. Threw in some carrots for added color. This is a little labor intensive so I broke it up by making the sauce and cutting up the broccoli and carrots in the morning. I started velveting the chicken later in the afternoon. I will definitely make again.
