This was good, while I didn't have the seeds. It was still very good. Might be a regular in my house
For my family, I would double the sauce. Really well received! Definitely will make it again.

Made it as a meal prep. Came out really tasty. I did add some red pepper flakes as many suggested and found that to make it a perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
