This was a very tasty recipe, and the amount of flavour surprised me as there was very little added to give it that flavour. It was delicious. I decided not to saute the mushrooms and just added them at the end, which made the sauce very thin. Next time I will avoid being lazy and follow the recipe properly ha ha.
