Pilau Rice (Pot-in-Pot Method — Perfect with Chicken Saag)
This paired beautifully with the chicken saag.
Fried the onion and spices in a pan, then transferred them into the main cooking pot of the Ninja.
Measured rice and water in a 1:1 ratio, placed it in a heatproof bowl, and covered with foil
Set the bowl on a trivet/rack inside the pot (pot-in-pot method).
Poured 250 ml hot water into the bottom of the main pot (under the trivet).
Set to Pressure Cook → High → 3 minutes.
Allowed a 10-minute natural release, then quick-released the rest.
The rice came out light, fluffy, and really delicious.
