I didn't use the listed seasonings, followed my own taste so this review is mostly for the procedure. I've been making pea soup for almost 50 years and it's always been a family favourite. I knew the soup would thicken substantially as it cooled so increased the liquid accordingly to my 8 litre pot. Made the easiest pea soup ever!! Definitely so much faster and easier than the stove top. Like many soups the flavour increases if you can leave it overnight. I followed the recipe procedure faithfully and it was perfect!
