Used 150g Hard red wheat, put olives & feta in it. Also, put it in frig after first prove cuz ran out of time. Then, put infrig again after 2nd prove so cud bake later. Not in the directions but it turned out decent. Lots of bubbles. Also, cooked for extra 10 min, last 5 on 475 cuz top wasn’t dark enough. Still didn’t turn dark like pic, but was cooked & good, wasn’t dry either so think it needed the extra time. ? Temp was 207 after 25 min, still put it back in since top was very light colored. Maybe the whole wheat doesn’t brown as much.
