So, I made a version of this with plant based steak and plant based pulled pork. Other than not using real meat and air frying the fake steak, I pretty much stuck to the recipe. Only simmered on the stove for an hour instead of the full 2 pr 2 and a half. Came out very good! Served with tortilla chips and some shredded cheese sprinked over the top. I would definitely make this again.
