Absolutely delicious. The recipe is best when using high-quality soy sauce and sesame oil. I used 5 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, and I simmered for 20 minutes. I needed to simmer on medium-low. It is definitely worth hunting down some Thai basil. I used Instacart to search for it, and I found some at the Chef's Store. I was actually able to buy it 50% off.
