These are definitely in the chewy category so if youre a crunchy cookie type, probably won't enjoy nearly as much. They also go stale really fast with how much moisture they retain so I just froze any extra dough and pull out and bake fresh when needed.
Cinnamon. Walnuts, pecans, toffee bits all taste great and add texture to these cookies
