The instructions are not great, so I had to make some stuff up.
I baked the tofu instead of frying (about 25 min at 400), and added at the end.
I sauted the onion, garlic, ginger and pepper. Then added in the brocoli followed by the white parts of the bokchoy. Then I added the sauce ingredients followed by the green parts of the bok choy. Finally I added the tofu back in.
It took about 45 min to make.
