I used Havarti cheese, cavatappi pasta, a whole yellow onion, both grape and cherry tomatoes (and 1 roma haha - all from the garden) and a bunch of spices (Italian seasoning, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, S&P).
Omitted the fresh parsley.
At the end of cooking, i blended most of the onion, the cheese, and some of the tomatoes. Crushed the rest, then added the pasta and combined it all. Was delicious!!
