Baked Feta Pasta (TikTok Pasta)

Doubled it. Easy and tasty.

I used Havarti cheese, cavatappi pasta, a whole yellow onion, both grape and cherry tomatoes (and 1 roma haha - all from the garden) and a bunch of spices (Italian seasoning, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, S&P). Omitted the fresh parsley. At the end of cooking, i blended most of the onion, the cheese, and some of the tomatoes. Crushed the rest, then added the pasta and combined it all. Was delicious!!

Really nice. Added a bit of nutritional yeast at the end. Cooked a bit of extra pasta but probably wouldn't do that next time as there was plenty. Used broccolini instead of spinach as that's what I had. Second attempt: the extra pasta is required. Put the broccolini in the oven towards the end. Topped with toasted pine nuts.

We made this dish on the stovetop, and didn't roast the tomatoes. Came together in less than 30 minutes. 7/10

It was yummy! I added some nutritional yeast for some additional flavor and to balance the tangyness of the feta

Did not add spinach ad my kids wanted to try it without but also added onions and doubled the recipe. It's soooo good 🤤🤤🤤

Pasta water is important!
