Made it x3. Forgot chili pepper or jalapeno, so didn't add that. Used sous vide for carrots- peeled, cut, spiced w salt, pepper, coriander, gram masala, turmeric and sous vide for 3 hr. Forgot to get 1 box (4 cup) of vegetable broth, so only used 8c total. Used 2 13.5oz cans of coconut milk, instead of correct amount, also. Garnished w cilantro and lime. Perfect!
