Sorry for the very unaesthetic photo but this was AMAZING and I couldn't get a photo before it was devoured. Testament to how good it was. I made this with Quorn vegetarian sausages so the whole thing was veggie, but otherwise followed the recipe.
I would 100% make this again, especially for a gathering. Its surprisingly fast to make given how many layers there are, as long as you make the bechamel while the sausage layer cooks (and it helps if you already have leftover cooked paste, like I did).
