The instructions aren't very good, and I didn't use all of the ingredient listed in the recipe because I couldn't find them.
Before putting the meat in the pan, I put them in a bold filled with boiling water for about one to two minutes. After, I added them to the pot and tried to sear them in the oil as instructed by the recipe, that didn't work. I don't have chicken stock, so I added a maggi cube to boiling hot water and let it simmer. I added the onions and garlic to the pot and cooked them for a bit with the meat. After, I added the maggi cube water to the pork chops. I also added carrots, pepper, Goya adobo (or lawry's), corn, and kale. I let them cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Later, I added the radishes. When the dish was almost finished, I added the cherry tomatoes.
