Absolutely delicious. I took a previous comments suggestion of adding more garlic (and I decided to use the whole 2 cup bag of mozzarella cheese). By adding shredded chicken and using this as a filling in puff pastry (two cans of puffed pastry sheets. One sheet on the bottom, filling, second sheet on top. Bake at 350°F for around 15-25 minutes. Time depends upon how much filling you use. Let cool about 3 minutes. Slice and serve.)
