I added chili flakes to the filling. I also did half boursin, half light cream cheese. You can add a splash of water to egg wash if preferred. Tent with foil if getting too dark. I also did half onion, half shallot. If using shallot, add when onions are cooked 3/4 way. Internal temp 190-200f
