I can't see the instructions, but I 'll let you know what I did.
First I multiplied the servings to 20. Then I cooked the jasmine brown rice plain, with salt and a little lemon juice. Then, in a separate pot, melted 1 1/2 cups of butter, added 3 cups of leeks (instead of onion), then the rest of the ingredients. Extra ingredients I added are smoked paprika 2 Tbsp, and cayenne 1 tsp. (No black pepper, I'm allergic.) Brought it to a boil. I stirred the liquid into the rice just as soon as the rice was cooked and as it cooled the rice soaked up the liquid and when ready it was the perfect texture. An upgraded rice pilaf! So divine!
