This was super easy and good. I halved the recipe and added Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes with the onions, and added frozen peas and fresh spinach toward the end of cooking the pasta. I used 2 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan and approximately 4 oz mozzarella (in place of Swiss). I omitted the mustard. I also put a lip on the pot partially opened to help cook the pasta.
