Couldn't find cream of celery so I used some heavy cream instead. Added celery and carrots to the mix anyway, just to give it some texture. I also browned the chicken first to get a bit more flavor. (Seemed a bit boring with only chicken and rice.) I think it came out pretty well, but making the recipe as-is wouldn't really work for us.
Very simple to make. Maybe go a little lighter on butter next time.
