Quite impressed with this recipe.
I used thick-cut bacon as opposed to chicken breast, as you can see in the pic. I do not regret this decision. I also mixed in some fresh basil we had on hand with the spinach.
I would err on the side of caution when cooking your pasta, since I cooked mine the recommended 10 minutes and it turned out slightly undercooked.
A bit time consuming, but I'll be making this one again for sure.
