This is my third time making these and we LOVE them as a healthy, homemade swap for granola bars. The first two times I made them as cookies, but the third time, I made them in a large baking pan and cut them up into rectangles, which was MUCH easier. I doubled the batch, added a bit of maple syrup for flavour and baked in the oven for about 25 minutes to make sure they would hold their shape after cutting. They are soft, moist and keep us full for awhile.
