Overall a decent recipe. I didnt have peas but added some butternut squash, potatoes and extra seasoning such as Garam masala and smoked paprika. The method wasn't available when I tried to make it so just free-styled. Happy with how it turned out. Prep alone was close to 30 mins, even though I parboiled the potatoes and squash, so certainly not a 30 min meal. Would make again but definitely adding extra seasoning.
