So good! I made it in the crockpot but did not reduce the volume of chicken stock as recommended by the instructions. Keep everything the same. I was also only able to use half of a white onion as the liquid in the crockpot was pretty used up. As you can see in my picture, there isn’t much “soupyness” to this. Maybe use the full 32oz of chicken stock and then you could use a full onion. Will definitely make again!
