This recipe was so tedious! It took well over an hour to coat all of the chunks of chicken, then to bake them. I would flour, egg dip, and coat in panko a whole breast or thigh at once, then cut into chunks. It was satisfyingly crispy for baked chicken, though!
The sauce wasn't quite right. I believe it was maybe too much rice wine vinegar? It needed to be a bit sweeter, but even adding an extra half cup of brown sugar didn't fix it. Maybe lessen amount of vinegar.
