Tasty, will definitely make again. Very easy to prepare, though you can easily reduce the maple syrup a bit - it doesn't stick super well to the squash so a lot is just left sitting in the bowl at the end. Even drizzling some over the squash once on the roasting pan, I still had some left. Otherwise, the flavor blends well. We didn't find it spicy, but the flavor of the chili was great - spice level will depend on your chili powder.
