Good, but… it makes a terrible mess when cooking. The oil sprays everywhere and stains yellow anything that is light colored—stove, backsplash, counters, etc. That’s why this will never be a go-to recipe. It’s too bad because I really to like the taste!
Note: I did use slightly less pepper than called for because I don’t like the bite.
