Love, love, love. It's versatile and adaptable! Don't have lime juice? Rice or cider vinegar would work. Maybe use some sesame oil and ginger to reinforce the Teriyaki vibe. You could pretty much cook it any way you want, too: broil, grill, bake, pan fry, or steam, it would still be tasty, but you might want to reimagine the sauce as more of a dipping sauce. I could see serving this with so many different sides, from cucumber salad to roasted Brussels sprouts to sweet potato fries.
