I thought saying it was 6 servings was overkill but I am going to have leftovers for days! Good tho, coz it's yum. I found I needed a tsp or so of maple syrup to balance the slight bitterness/sour of the lemon, tahini and greens, and on it's own was a bit too creamy, I needed chopped cherry tomatoes on top to balance it with some freshness and acidity. Nice crusty bread on the side is essential imho. So good!
