Since the recipe is a mess here you go
Miso-Peanut-Tahini Ramen Broth (1 serving)
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot. Sauté 1 clove garlic, 1 cm ginger, and ¼ chili for 1–2 min until fragrant.
Whisk together 250 ml veggie stock, 1 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tbsp tahini, then add to the pot.
Stir in 200 ml coconut milk, ½ tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tbsp sugar, and a pinch of pepper.
Simmer for 15 min. Add 100 g broccoli (5 min), then ½ pak choi (3–4 min).
Finish with lime juice and adjust seasoning to taste.
noodles and tofu you have to do seperately
For the tofu, first the starch then saute, then at the end add the glaze which you did in a seperate bowl.
