I wasn't that impressed. I couldn't decide if I liked these lemon dressing or not. Sometimes it was too lemony, another bite it tasted bitter, but it was good when I had a caper or two on the fork.
Would I make again? I think I'd have to fiddle with the receipe a bit. So, maybe, but no hurry!
I served it with baby potatoes with olive oil, butter, parsley and black pepper. And steamed baby sweetcorn and mange tout.
