My pot was unable to hold everything so cooking was reduced to 6 cups of broth. I added the remaining 2 cups after removing the chicken, heating it up to a simmer before adding the dumplings. Kinda wish I didnt as the broth was a little more runny than I wanted even after the corn starch mixture being added. Overall though, taste was as expected...chicken. However this was my first time ever making C&D so this was a success. It's a great base that can be customized to tastes.
