I would say this recipe tastes good, it just needs 1 tsp extra salt, 1 tsp Paprika in mix, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, and 3 cups of water total. Also, I don't have an instant pot, so I made it on the stove (following the normal instructions and using what little skill I have). It took 30 minutes of simmering on low and the rice came out perfect. Definitely more for tacos I would say though.
