Lots of work with the boiling, searing then baking. Chicken was moist though but an extra 10 minutes was needed. The glaze had a nice not too sweet flavor. I wouldn't do this again though because there's too much extra time and the flavor wasn't really deep into the meat just on the top layer and it just tasted like chicken but with so much extra work.
