Made this but added extra spice, added about double what the recipe calls for, but of my homemade pumpkin pie spice. Had great flavor for how my family likes muffins and bread. Made a quick glaze for the bread , yum!! 
Also followed the base recipe for bread once again double the spice amount, but used my homemade apple pie spice. And replaced the can pumpkin with a apple pie filling, I didn't use the entire can of appls. I took a butter knife and cut the apples up while still in the can. I soaked about three quarters cup raisin in some cinnamon moonshine for about two hours. I added the raisins in just by folding them in once everything was mixed. Had to bake about 5-10 minutes extra. Made a quick glaze and wow delicious! 
I don't see why you couldn't do any of the canned pie filling for this bread, just remember not to use the entire can, because the can of pumpkin is only 15oz where the other pie filling are around 21oz. Hope you all enjoy and are inspired to be creative!!!
