I really liked this recipe. I used 2.5 lb of stew meat. My pieces were pretty large so I did 30 minutes for the original cook time. Because I had more meat than the recipe called for, 3 cups of liquid was perfect for me. I only used 2 TBS of worchestershire sauce and added some Dijon. Really tasty. Would also add some cream cheese if I had some next time.
