Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Delicious! I let it cook for 30 minutes instead and only added 2 tbsps of wortcheschire. I also forgot to add sour cream but it still tasted amazing, mixed my plate with half sour cream and half without lol. Will definitely be making a go to!

Up pressure cooking time 30mins, 10min natural release

Not a hit. I think it has to much Worcestershire sauce.

Used beef from sams sirloin , added onion first before mushrooms Did not do corn starch

Be careful releasing the pressure...first time using an instant pot and it sprayed beef water all over the place. Use tongs to release steam more slowly.
