I thought this was delicious. Like another person said this is a lot of dressing even for double the amount of arugula. I also sweetened it up with two more teaspoons of agave nectar rather than honey because it's more liquid. Also arugula wilts really fast so I would use probably 10 oz of arugula and only put the dressing on right before serving
