I have made several variations of cheesy broccoli chicken rice casserole and this one is my favorite. We have a small family so it made a bunch of leftovers which reheated very well. I was worried that the race would be undercooked but it cooked up beautifully. I used dried thyme and wasn't crazy about that addition. In the future I would either use fresh thyme or omit that ingredient.
