I've deleted my original review, as it has no relevancy now. I made this again with slight modifications and it was pretty darn good. I added all the seasonings called for with 2 slight changes. I used 2 garlic cloves, because they were very large and a full teaspoon of tobasco, because I missed the fine print 🤣 I also used 5 cans of clams, 6 would have been better. Since I used more canned clams than called for I had considerably more canned clam juice so I only used 1/2 of an 8oz. bottle of clam juice. I also needed to increase the flour slightly to compensate. I used russets because it's what I had. Was it restaurant quality no, not really but it was still very good. I will make this again.
