Used 1 400g/14oz tin of chopped tomatoes plus a little water to rinse tin out. Served with Persian spiced fish- good combo. Very tasty, not too spicy, even our less keen on potatoes person enjoyed this. Froze leftovers, with leftovers from another time had enough for another meal :)
