This was easy and uses basic pantry ingredients. Mixes up quickly with a rubber scraper and a bowl. I used silicone cupcake liners sprayed with cooking spray and they popped right out. The crumble was crunchy, and the texture of the muffin was great. Mine cooked 25 minutes at 400⁰ in a convection oven. Love these, will definitely make them again.
