Perfect for a quick, tasty, and filling breakfast. I will probably tweak the order a bit the next time I make this: I'll fry the spam first, when the rice is ~10 minutes from done, and dump any excess marinade into the rice to absorb a little extra flavor. After frying the spam, I'll cook my scrambled eggs, again to absorb leftover flavor.
This will definitely be a go-to breakfast for me!
