Delicious! I cooked the Lentils and rice as directed and it came out perfect. Some people recommended cooking separately but I found that unnecessary. I sautéed 1 chopped jalapeno with the onion. If cooking the black beans: it is about 160 g dry (I pressure cooked mine). I also added extra enchilada sauce and 1 can Rotel instead of crushed tomatoes & green chilis. We topped it with chili cheese fredos & sour cream. 10/10 recommend. I'm sure I'll make this again. The way I made it added a bit more spice, but so flavorful.
