This recipe didn’t seem to have a temperature to cook at so I chose 190 degrees Celsius, and cooked it for an extra 10 minutes.
Once it was finished in the oven there was a lot of water released from the vegetables mixed in with the sauce, I decided to take that liquid and use cornflour/cornstarch to thicken that up and added it to the finished meal as the “extra” sauce meant to be added at the end that this recipe mentioned (I had no extra sauce left over so definitely make more.)
Overall very delicious - use whatever vegetables you want!
