Really nice flavourful recipe. My dumplings were quite salty because I used salted butter so make sure to adjust salt amount. They were also a bit doughy after 20 mins so maybe needed more cooking even though I made them smaller than recommended. My chipotle paste was very spicy so make sure you taste before adding the full recommended amount.
