It was very good, I did adjust the recipe accordingly from what I read in the notes from others. The difference i did was, adding small amount of smoked paprika, add more than recipe suggested amount of soy sauce (one more tablespoon during cooking in the beginning and one at the very end when "frying" the rice. Then I listen to a fellow cooker and at the end with everything together, I "smooshed" it down and wait 4 mins on medium heat then stirred and smooshed again (repeated until I got that crispy rice feel.)
