I loved the execution of this recipe. I would change the sauce. I prefer it a little spicier. Pretty easy to make. I didn’t bother feying in batches. Instead i dumped the entire egg mixture on the cornstarch coated chicken. Coated that well then threw the entire thing in a large sautee pan. I made sure to break the chicken apart. Then threw in the oven.
